Your Mission At Contentsquare, the office isn't just a place to work, it's where culture and collaboration actually happen. We're hiring a Workplace Operations & Experience Associate to run the day-to-day of our Paris HQ, our largest office globally.
You'll be the go-to person on the ground: managing operations, shaping the employee experience, and making sure the office runs smoothly for the 200 people who walk through its doors.
About You 2+ years in office management, hospitality, workplace experience, or events Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) Organized, proactive, and genuinely people-oriented Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving international environment Strong communicator with solid attention to detail Hands-on attitude and a hospitality mindset Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or AI tools is a plus
