Warranty Administrator overseeing automotive warranty claims processing, validation, and resolution, with Highline experience preferred.

- Resolve issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to verify warranty coverage.
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding claims.
About the role
Responsibilities: Warranty Claims Management: Oversee all aspects of warranty processing, from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of claims. Record Keeping: Review and validate warranty claims for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with internal departments to obtain necessary documentation.
Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims Coordination: Working closely with service advisors and technicians to verify warranty coverage and ensure timely claim submission Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the warranty team and other stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in warranty processing or administration is required.
Experience with Highline for Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Audi strongly preferred. Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated technical knowledge of OEM policies and procedures, and proficiency in using warranty management software and systems.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
