Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

</li> <li>Assist in completing medical cannabis waste profiles, manifests, and shipping documents, and maintain waste processing records</li> <li>Conduct employee safety training, coordinates on-the-job training for newly hired or transferred employees, and holds monthly line meetings</li> <li>Confer with Lead Persons, Production Supervisors, and Department Managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments</li> <li>Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions</li> <li>Serve on various continuous improvement committees as needed.

Engage with direct reports to drive continuous improvement</li> <li>Administer company policies in a fair and consistent manner</li> <li>Inform Operations Manager on processing and/or employee problems which may require their attention or knowledge</li> <li>Understand and maintain compliance with all state laws and/or regulations that affect Green Thumb operations</li> <li>Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained.
