Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Favor is looking for an experienced full-cycle Technical Recruiter to join our People Operations team! You will contribute to all areas of Talent Acquisition including writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, and presenting offers.

You will work closely with our People Operations team to build our employer brand, champion the candidate experience, and invest in our growing team here at Favor! You'll work most closely across engineering, product, data and design. When needed, you may be asked to flex into more G&A roles as well. One week you might be building a search for a senior backend engineer.

Next, you could be helping close a product manager or partnering with leadership on a new hiring initiative. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, provide market insight, help improve recruiting processes, and play a meaningful role in shaping how we build teams.
