We operate a rapidly scaling remote talent platform supporting global businesses with distributed professionals, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to training and deployment.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Staffing Manager, you will own and build the end-to-end hiring engine - scaling high-volume recruitment while designing the systems, channels, and processes that power it. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, operational execution, and experimentation across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a team of recruiters across sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Own monthly hiring targets (200+ hires) with consistent quality and pipeline flow
  • Design and optimize hiring workflows, SLAs, and funnel metrics
  • Implement structured interviews and evaluation frameworks
  • Partner with training teams to ensure seamless onboarding transitions
  • Manage budgets, channel mix, and cost-per-hire efficiency
  • Build and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies across digital platforms
  • Grow our employer brand through social content, campaigns, and storytelling
  • Run paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) optimized for conversions
  • Develop and manage talent communities and referral programs
  • Leverage job boards, sourcing tools, and partnerships for targeted outreach
  • Create SEO-driven career pages and high-conversion funnels
  • Launch and scale in-person hiring initiatives across key markets
  • Execute university programs, career fairs, and community hiring events
  • Build partnerships with institutions, government bodies, and local networks
  • Expand into regional talent hubs and develop campus ambassador programs
  • Represent the company at recruitment and industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years in recruitment, with 2+ years managing teams of 10+employees
  • Proven experience in high-volume hiring (100+ hires/month)
  • Track record of building and scaling diverse recruitment channels
  • Strong expertise in social media and performance marketing for hiring
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing hiring metrics
  • Proficient with ATS, analytics, and pipeline management tools
  • Based in Metro Manila, with willingness to travel to provincial locations if needed
