Steel Fabrication & Assembly Technician Location: Arlington, TN Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Second Shift | Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-3:00 AM (Some Saturdays required) Starting Pay: From $21.00 per hour (Higher pay available based on experience) + 10% Shift Differential

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Steel Fabrication & Assembly Technician to join a busy structural steel manufacturing team. This role focuses on fabricating and assembling structural steel components by interpreting fabrication drawings, preparing materials, and using a variety of shop equipment. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a structural steel shop and is comfortable working with heavy materials while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
