Strategy & Program Manager driving Adyen's Finance strategy into execution in Amsterdam, owning operating rhythms and cross-functional transformation programs.

- Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes.
- Build partnerships across Product, Commercial, Operations, and Engineering.
- Identify roadblocks and opportunities to accelerate execution.
- Drive Finance transformation initiatives leveraging AI and automation.
