Steel Fabrication Production Supervisor

00 per hour (higher compensation may be available based on experience) Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on Structural Steel Shop Supervisor to help lead daily operations in a busy steel fabrication facility.

This position is responsible for coordinating shop activities, supporting production goals, and providing day-to-day leadership for welders, fitters, and other fabrication personnel. This role is ideal for someone with strong structural steel fabrication experience who enjoys mentoring employees, solving production challenges, and helping maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
