About You
We are looking for experienced and ambitious recruiters who thrive in a high-performance environment.
To succeed at Silver.dev , you will have
- Advanced English skills (required).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range .
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and similar platforms.
Our way of working
This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires . We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).
We've intentionally chosen this model because we believe great recruiting is highly collaborative. What You'll Do
First Week
- Receive your complete setup (computer, accounts, and recruiting tools).
- Onboard with the founder and senior team members.
- Start sourcing candidates for a designated client on your very first day.
- Shadow recruiter interviews and conduct recruiter screenings.
First Month
- Manage sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up for a portfolio of companies.
- Participate in day-to-day talent operations, including interview coordination, candidate and client follow-ups, and maintaining recruiting records.
- Own clear success metrics and recruiting goals.
First 90 Days
- Independently own client relationships and routine account management.
- Master our recruiting tools and improve processes that impact the entire company.
- Master our recruiting philosophy and become a proactive contributor to the team's success.
