About the role: JumpCloud is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to operate the Security organization's program management function. This is a hands-on role for a classically trained program manager who has already integrated AI deeply into their working life and uses it to operate at a higher level than traditional PM scale allows.
You will own the day-to-day program management of the security organization's projects and run a hybrid program management capability where AI handles continuous structured work, while you provide the judgment, prioritization and relationship work where humans excel.
About the team: Our Security organization spans SecOps, GRC, and DevSecOps. As our scope grows, we are actively investing in modern, AI-augmented operations. As the Senior TPM reporting to the Director of Security, you will own program management across the entire org. You will partner closely with security leadership, engineers, and our AI team, collaborating to design, refine, and drive the AI-assisted program management systems that power our daily work.
