Senior Recruiter

Magnopus is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us build exceptional teams across technology, product, art, design, creative and production disciplines. As a spatial design and innovation company, we work at the intersection of technology, creativity and emerging experiences.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, uncovering great talent and helping teams make confident hiring decisions.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Production, Art, Design, Creative and Operations to identify hiring needs, attract exceptional people and support the continued growth of the business.

You'll manage recruitment across a wide variety of disciplines and play an important role in ensuring candidates have a positive, engaging experience throughout the hiring process. Along the way, you'll provide market insight, help stakeholders navigate hiring challenges and contribute to the continued evolution of our recruiting practices.
