Senior Product Manager - Integration Testing & Enablement

</span></p> <h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4> <p>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about driving the end-to-end testing experience for Adyen's global merchant base. </p> <p>Today, your primary focus will be on payments simulation, a deeply complex domain spanning hundreds of payment methods across global markets, each with unique flows and behaviors.

</p> <p>You aren't just building test tooling; you are transforming a fragmented testing environment into a seamless, unified platform that gives merchants confidence to go live, faster and with higher quality integrations. </p> <h4><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Own the Strategy:</strong> Define how merchants get confidence to go live on Adyen.

</li> <li><strong>Lead Payments Simulation:</strong> Own the simulation platform that enables merchants to test payment flows end-to-end without requiring live connections. </li> <li><strong>Drive Adoption Across Teams:</strong> Influence multiple product teams across regions to contribute to and adopt shared testing infrastructure.

</li> <li><strong>Consolidate and Simplify:</strong> Unify a fragmented landscape of testing tools into a coherent, self-service experience. </li> <li><strong>Pioneer AI-Native Testing:</strong> Shape how AI agents and automated tools interact with our testing infrastructure. </li> <li><strong>AI-Curious:</strong> You proactively discover and implement novel solutions leveraging Agentic AI.

</li> <li><strong>Platform &amp; API Thinking:</strong> Proven track record building developer tooling and/or API-first platforms at scale. </li> <li><strong>Cross-Team Adoption &amp; Stakeholder Management:</strong> Proven experience driving adoption of shared platforms across multiple product teams with competing roadmaps.

</li> <li><strong>Analytical Rigor:</strong> You naturally ground your decisions in data and metrics. </li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who You Are</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Adyen Formula Champion:</strong> You value team success over individual ego.

&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with testing infrastructure or QA platforms</li> <li>Experience building developer sandboxes, ephemeral environments, or test data management</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Compensation: </strong>The base salary for this role in San Francisco ranges from $201,600 - $302,400</em><em>, plus RSUs.
