About the role

About Bazaarvoice   At Bazaarvoice, we create smart shopping experiences. Through our expansive global network, product-passionate community & enterprise technology, we connect thousands of brands and retailers with billions of consumers. Our solutions enable brands to connect with consumers and collect valuable user-generated content, at an unprecedented scale.

This content achieves global reach by leveraging our extensive and ever-expanding retail, social & search syndication network. And we make it easy for brands & retailers to gain valuable business insights from real-time consumer feedback with intuitive tools and dashboards. The result is smarter shopping: loyal customers, increased sales, and improved products.

The problem we are trying to solve : Brands and retailers struggle to make real connections with consumers. It's a challenge to deliver trustworthy and inspiring content in the moments that matter most during the discovery and purchase cycle. The result? Time and money spent on content that doesn't attract new consumers, convert them, or earn their long-term loyalty.

Our brand promise : closing the gap between brands and consumers.   Founded in 2005, Bazaarvoice is headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.   It’s official: Bazaarvoice is a Great Place to Work in the US , Australia, India, Lithuania, France, Germany and the UK!

Job Description At Bazaarvoice, we create smart shopping experiences. Our mission is to build smarter shopper experiences across the entire customer journey — from discovery on social to conversion on the product page.

Whether it's optimizing a shoppable gallery experience on a retailer PDP or scaling visual content distribution across a global brand-retailer network, we're here to be a true strategic partner for businesses.

As the Senior Product Manager responsible for Bazaarvoice Social Galleries and Visual Syndication Network, you will play a critical role in shaping how brands and retailers display and distribute visual user-generated content at scale.

Your primary focus will be on understanding the needs of brand marketers, retailer merchandising teams, and end shoppers — then building products that drive trust, engagement, and conversion through authentic visual experiences at every point of sale.

How you’ll make an impact: Defining a strategy and creating a 1–2 year roadmap for Social Galleries and Visual Syndication Network, balancing the needs of both sides of Bazaarvoice's brand-retailer network. Knowing the pulse of the market: social commerce trends, visual UGC consumption behavior, and the competitive landscape of shoppable gallery and content syndication solutions.

Serve as a product advocate for brands and retailers in discussions with clients, articulating how visual content display and distribution drive measurable lift in conversion and engagement. Discover and validate problems — from gallery rendering performance and shoppability on PDPs to syndication match rate gaps across the retailer network — through research, data analysis, and experimentation.

Lead Product Discovery and Early Adopter Programs to validate display and distribution features iteratively with high-value brand and retailer clients. Partner with Marketing and Sales to define product positioning, competitive differentiation, and pricing strategy for visual UGC display and syndication capabilities.

Make prioritization decisions that balance syndication infrastructure reliability with shopper-facing experience improvements — gallery rendering, shoppability, personalization, and placement flexibility. Own the full product lifecycle — from build through market testing, GTM launch, success narrative, and iterative enhancement.

Evangelize product releases with data-driven narratives connecting visual syndication volume and gallery engagement metrics to client ROI. Work with Technical Services and Product Knowledge teams to build internal training and external documentation for gallery and syndication capabilities.

Communicate across teams to ensure consistent backlog alignment and that engineering has everything needed to size, accept, and execute on work.

Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews in a B2B2C context Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity — retailer integration requirements vary widely and visual commerce display standards continue to evolve Familiarity with front-end display performance considerations (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, responsive media) as they relate to gallery experience on retailer PDPs
