</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Managing Associate General Counsel, Real Estate Development, to lead legal and strategic support for CoreWeave’s self-development data center initiatives across North America.
</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, Construction, Power, Finance, Operations, and Government Affairs, to structure and execute large-scale infrastructure projects in a rapidly scaling environment.
The day-to-day includes advising on commercial real estate transactions, construction and development agreements, permitting and entitlement matters, financing structures, and regulatory risk management. D. S.

The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
