Senior Facilities/Workplace Manager, Fleet Depots
Zoox seeks a Senior Fleet Depot Workplace Manager to oversee facilities and operations for autonomous vehicle fleet depots, ensuring uptime through vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facilities and workplace operations across fleet depot portfolio
- Coordinate service requests, vendor activities, preventative and corrective maintenance, site access, supplies, and operational support
- Support purchase orders, accruals, invoice tracking, supply ordering, and service documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Places and Build, Fleet Operations, Security, IT, EHS, Finance, landlords, utility providers, and external vendors

As the Senior Fleet Depot Workplace Manager within the Places and Build organization, you will support a nimble and diverse team responsible for maintaining and operating Zoox’s fleet depot environments across current and emerging markets.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented self-starter who will manage day-to-day facilities and workplace operations across our fleet depot portfolio.
This role will help ensure operational uptime by coordinating service requests, vendor activities, preventative and corrective maintenance, site access, supplies, and operational support for depot locations, charging infrastructure, office trailers, parking areas, and temporary operational facilities.
You will bring strong operational, administrative, vendor management, and financial coordination skills, including experience supporting purchase orders, accruals, invoice tracking, supply ordering, and service documentation.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Places and Build, Fleet Operations, Security, IT, EHS, Finance, landlords, utility providers, and external vendors, to keep depot operations running smoothly and efficiently.
