About the role:  Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance, the Senior Engineer Supervisor (SES), Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling,  maintenance and reliability engineering, as well as current and multi year budgeting and forecasting commitments.

The SES leads a multi-disciplinary team, and is a key contact for numerous other departments including finance, offsite technical support, mine engineering, vendor engagement, etc.

The SES is responsible for numerous regular deliverables from their team including; A quality weekly schedule for the execution team to follow that balances fleet maintenance requirements and resources with operational considerations Accurate monthly financial forecasts and reconciliation for repair parts and contractor usage Adherence to budget, and development of a quality budget for future years Delivery of fleet performance improvement initiatives To be successful, we are looking for someone who is a driven, self starting individual with strong leadership qualities.

They must also possess a solid understanding in maintenance, reliability, and planning standard methodologies.
