The Estimator, Sales Operations leads improvements in our sales quotation process by shaping high-quality customer outcomes, turning warm leads and complex technical inputs into clear, accurate, and commercially sound estimates. Working from architectural and technical drawings, the role develops well-defined scopes of work, with assumptions, exclusions, and contingencies clearly articulated.

By supporting a clear transition from quote to signed order and coordinating handover to the Deployment team, the role helps minimise commercial and delivery risk across the lead-to-order process. Close collaboration with Engineering and Design ensures technical requirements are appropriately considered and reflected within the quoted scope.
