Sales Development Team Lead - DACH & Nordics

</p> <p>You will lead the team responsible for the DACH, CEE, and Nordics regions, markets that require distinct strategies and precision. We are moving beyond standard "SDR" motions. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead & Develop (The People):</strong> Recruit, hire, and coach a high-performing team of 9 Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
</li> <li><strong>GTM Architecture (The Engine):</strong> Act as the "GTM Engineer" for your region. Work with RevOps to optimize lead routing, data enrichment, and dashboarding. </li> <li><strong>Strategic Forecasting:</strong> Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing to tailor our go-to-market strategy per vertical.
</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Experimentation:</strong> Embed a culture of A/B testing. Use data to refine messaging and targeting. </li> <li>You are comfortable with the "Ops" side of sales. </li> <li>You drive performance through empathy and radical candor ("Talk straight without being rude"). </li> <li>You are fluent in <strong>English and German</strong>.
