Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a full-time Roving Building Engineer for our Portfolio properties in San Francisco, specifically in the East Bay.
The Roving Building Engineer is responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all “common areas” within the Association and for supervising the repair and maintenance work performed by third parties.
Compensation: $42.00- $46.00 Per Hour + $300 Monthly Car Allowance Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM + On-Call
