Job Overview At Mainspring Energy, the Recruiting Coordinator role sits at the intersection of clean energy and human potential - you'll partner closely with a tight-knit People Ops team to shape how world-class talent experiences the company from their very first touchpoint.
This isn't a behind-the-scenes scheduling role, you'll be a visible, trusted partner to hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters alike, with real ownership over the candidate experience.
