BlueCat is looking for a strategic, execution-driven Principal Product Manager to lead innovation within Integrity, our flagship enterprise DDI platform (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management).

Integrity is the authoritative control plane for network infrastructure—providing a single source of truth for IP space, while enabling automation, observability, and control across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Built on a modern, API-first architecture, Integrity is evolving into a unified platform that integrates DDI, analytics, network discovery, cloud visibility, and event-driven automation. This role is central to driving that evolution.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will own strategy and delivery for key areas of the Integrity platform—defining roadmap, shaping capabilities, and working cross-functionally to deliver solutions that address the real operational challenges of managing critical network infrastructure at scale.

Experience building or managing API-first or platform-based products Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels—from defining vision to driving delivery Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand system design trade-offs

This position offers a salary range of 150,000 - 180,000 CAD per year plus participation in a discretionary bonus plan. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications. The role is for an existing vacancy.
