Preconstruction Manager

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day preconstruction from concept through construction readiness, including budgeting, scheduling, and packaging strategy.
- Develop conceptual estimates, detailed cost plans, and scenario-based financial models as designs evolve.
- Identify cost drivers, escalation exposure, and supply-chain risks early and engineer mitigation strategies.
- Lead constructability and value-engineering reviews of drawings and specifications with engineers and contractors.
- Author and present capital planning data and approval packages to executive leadership.

</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $157,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
