Summary The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property's interior and exterior common areas.
This role ensures that the grounds are clean, safe, and presentable for residents and visitors. Additionally, the Porter will support the Front Desk team by covering breaks as needed and managing and logging resident packages. Action Property Management seeks a full-time Porter to join our team at Perla on Broadway in Los Angeles, CA.
Compensation: $21 Schedule: Saturday–Sunday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | Monday–Wednesday: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM | Thursday–Friday: Off
