Your Impact As a People Experience Generalist based in Casablanca, you will be at the forefront of shaping a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment across multiple regions.
In this highly collaborative role, you will manage regional HR processes, support employee relations, oversee localized office operations, and ensure our team members feel valued and engaged throughout their hybrid or remote journeys.
Your contributions will directly impact our workplace experience Net Promoter Score (NPS) and regional operational alignment, serving as a critical pillar of support for our growing team and regional leaders while paving your path toward future growth into specialized HR functions within a fast-scaling SaaS unicorn.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Casablanca office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
