</p></div><p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Payroll Coordinator II is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with multi-state tax and wage regulation, daily pay processing, timecard administration, participation in daily auditing and exception review.
</li> <li>Complete all pre and post transmission auditing and validation</li> <li>Oversee Daily Pay program and processing of transactions</li> <li>Compliance with Federal, State and Local tax laws</li> <li>Timecard and absence administration for non-exempt population</li> <li>Process stop payments and direct deposit reversals</li> <li>Process check and direct deposit files to payment vendor</li> <li>Answer employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies within approved SLA guidelines</li> <li>Reconcile all banking transactions for each pay period</li> <li>Backup for other members of payroll team</li> <li>Daily Manual Check processing</li> <li>Actively identify areas of improvement</li> <li>Develop ad hoc reporting as needed</li> <li>Other tasks and projects as assigned by management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>College degree or minimum 7 years of payroll processing multi-state payroll and data entry experience</li> <li>Experience with Oracle HRIS and ADP Smart Compliance preferred</li> <li>Experience with Payroll Tax filing</li> <li>Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, very organized and strong teamwork skills</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills</li> <li>Must be flexible, dependable</li> <li>Must have excellent communication and customer service skills</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-sheets-root="1">We are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
