<p><strong>Individual Contributor JD:</strong></p> <hr> <p>We are looking for a motivated Channel Partner professional to help grow and manage our partner ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and enabling partners for long-term success. </p> <p>At Datadog, we value our office culture — the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table.
</p> <h2>What You’ll Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support regional growth</li> <li>Enable and support existing partners through training, account alignment, and co-selling activities</li> <li>Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partners</li> <li>Collaborate with Datadog sales teams to identify and drive partner-influenced opportunities</li> <li>Coordinate partner activities including enablement sessions, pipeline reviews, and joint account planning</li> <li>Support marketing and demand generation activities with partners</li> <li>Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics</li> <li>Help drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth across the region</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within a technology or SaaS company</li> <li>Experience working with resellers, MSPs, or regional channel partners</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams</li> <li>Organized and capable of managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously</li> <li>Comfortable learning technical concepts and positioning value to partners and customers</li> <li>Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with systems management or monitoring </li> <li>Experience with partnerships supporting DevOps, particularly in a cloud environment</li> <li>Technical background/education</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact</li> <li>Passion for fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable growth culture and environment</li> <li>Experience in identifying market opportunities with a track record of initiating go-to-market plans and sales follow-through</li> </ul> <p><em>Datadog values people from all walks of life.
