Summary At ARTBIO, we are looking for a structured and service-minded Office Coordinator to support our Oslo office. This is a part-time role (approx. 50–60%) based on-site in Oslo. You will play a key role in creating a smooth and positive office environment and supporting both employees and visitors in their day-to-day experience.
We are looking for someone with a warm and caring approach, who takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You are independent, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of your responsibilities, while also being a thoughtful and collaborative presence in the office.
Naturally curious and eager to learn, you take initiative, identify opportunities where support is needed, and enjoy contributing across different parts of the organization.
