Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Operations Specialist
About the role
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Operations Specialist to join our team supporting the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercise & Training Directorate (J7) at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
This on-site position supports training, exercises, inspections, assessments, and demonstrations through the development, integration, and operation of advanced M&S environments and associated tools. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with experience supporting missile warning, missile defense, Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), space operations, or military exercise environments are highly desired.
