About the role
Role Brief: Brillio is building a legal function that operates as a business enabler. This role is designed for an early-career lawyer who wants to work directly with business teams on contracts, deals, and decisions. What you will do?
Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements) Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks Support compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics) Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification) What we are looking for?
0–2 years’ experience in corporate law (contracts-focused) Graduate from a top-tier law school Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles Strong structured thinking and communication clarity Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools A qualified lawyer Willingness to work out of office US Citizen/GC holder Good to have?
Experience in corporate law firms or in-house teams Exposure to technology, consulting, or startup environments Familiarity with cross-border contracts / global work What will differentiate you?
