Learning & Development Intern
Catawiki seeks a Learning & Development Intern to own onboarding and learning analytics in a hybrid Amsterdam role. You'll coordinate the DNA Week experience, build intern community, and develop educational content for 700+ employees.
Responsibilities
- Own the DNA Week Experience by coordinating end-to-end onboarding journey
- Drive Intern Community & Events with Talent Acquisition Intern
- Own Learning Analytics by recording data and maintaining L&D dashboards
- Develop Educational Content such as learning materials and slide decks
- Create and maintain documentation related to L&D tasks

Since you will be the heart of our DNA Week, there will be weeks <strong>where your physical presence is key</strong> to successfully hosting our new hires.
