As a Senior Java Developer, you will lead the design and development of a scalable cloud-based solution, employing Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities You'll be the Java Developer powering our mobile application.

Your work ensures that field teams and partners get accurate, timely data for their day-to-day activities. Solid, well-tested Java services are the backbone of our mobile experience. What You'll Work On: Design and implement REST endpoints in Java 17+ with Spring Boot, tailored for low-latency, high-efficiency consumption by our React Native app.

Optimize payloads and error handling to guarantee a smooth UX over cellular networks. Translate business rules into reliable backend logic. Coordinate with frontend peers to version APIs and manage backward compatibility. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (JUnit) to protect mobile workflows. Enforce coding standards via peer reviews and static analysis.

Collaborate with DevOps to refine CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Terraform) for rapid, safe releases.

Requirements

Must-have Skills:

Experience building backend services in Java 17+ and Spring Boot. Proven experience crafting RESTful APIs for mobile or web clients, with attention to network constraints. Habitual TDD practitioner—your tests prevent regressions in critical mobile paths. Comfortable diving into production logs and metrics to resolve live-site issues quickly.

Clear communicator who works hand-in-hand with frontend developers to deliver seamless mobile experiences. Intermediate English. Willingness to work with state-of-the-art AI solutions to speed up development.
