Key Responsibilities -Architectural Design: Develop and design innovative technical solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging partner technologies and platforms to ensure optimal integration and functionality. -Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance to partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and standards.

-Microsoft Technology Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft technologies, providing guidance on best practices for architecture, deployment, and integration within partner solutions.

-Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with partner technical teams to understand their products and capabilities, serving as a bridge between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.

-Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of joint solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while adhering to industry standards and best practices. -Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure that the delivered solutions align with business objectives and technical specifications.

-Proof of Concept (PoC): Develop and demonstrate PoCs for new solutions, showcasing the value of partner technologies and validating architectural decisions. -Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, solution implementations, and integration processes to ensure knowledge sharing and reference for future projects.

-Training and Enablement: Provide training sessions and workshops for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of solution architectures and the technologies involved. -Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings and architectural approaches.

Required Skills & Experience -Fluent English is a must. , Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365). -Experience in solution design and architecture, preferably in a partner ecosystem, with a focus on scalability and performance. -Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients. -Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and sales, to drive successful project outcomes.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical audiences. -Experience in developing and executing technical strategies that align with business goals and drive growth. -Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
