The role   CI&T is seeking a B2B Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing planning and pipeline generation across priority industries in North America.   This role acts as a key marketing partner for assigned verticals, responsible for translating business priorities into integrated marketing plans and executing programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

You will partner closely with sales and industry leadership to define go-to-market priorities, identify target accounts, and activate demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that engage enterprise buyers.   This is a highly visible role for a marketer who can contribute to marketing planning while driving hands-on execution and measurable impact.

Qualifications   Required 5–8 years of B2B demand generation, growth, or vertical marketing experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or digital services Proven track record of driving pipeline generation in enterprise or complex sales environments

Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and long buying cycles Strong experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and integrated campaign execution Ability to contribute to marketing planning while executing programs hands-on Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams

Experience managing marketing team members or coordinating across distributed teams

Preferred Experience marketing AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services
