Internal Sales Coordinator

The Opportunity

We're looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This role suits someone who's commercially minded, enjoys solving customer problems, and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be part of a small, experienced, and supportive team where knowledge is shared generously, and your work genuinely matters.

The Role

You'll own the process from first enquiry to delivered product, working across sourcing, quoting, and customer service in one seamless flow.

Key responsibilities will include

• Handling inbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Preparing accurate, competitive quotes.
• Processing customer orders through to completion.
• Sourcing the right products to meet spec, quality, and lead time requirements.
• Comparing supplier quotes to select the best-fit option.
• Coordinating delivery, including expediting and documentation.
• Liaising with warehouse and other departments to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Maintaining accurate records in our systems.

About You

You're curious, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp. You like understanding how things work the products, the pricing, the process – and you take quiet pride in doing accurate, thorough work quickly and without fuss. You build trust easily with customers and colleagues alike, and you stay calm and steady even when things get busy.

We're looking for someone who

• Has 2+ years' experience in internal sales & procurement support or customer service within industrial, mining, or mineral processing equipment.
• Is comfortable managing a high volume of quotes and orders concurrently.
• Genuinely enjoys being part of a small, hands-on team.
• Brings a calm, positive, can-do attitude to every interaction.
• Is reliable, self-motivated, and doesn't need handholding to get things done.
