The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day operations within ComputerCare's repair and IT asset management facility. This role oversees production workflow, workforce performance, service level execution, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, scalable, and customer-focused operations.

The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with strong operational and process management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role is driven by the ability to lead teams, solve problems, improve processes, and deliver results. While experience in repair, manufacturing, logistics, or IT operations is beneficial, technical expertise is not required.

ComputerCare provides the training needed to develop a strong understanding of our repair and IT asset management processes.
