Planned Parenthood Great Plains is expanding access to care in Louisiana, with telehealth services expected to launch later this summer and in-person care planned to return to New Orleans later this year. Care in Louisiana will be provided by Planned Parenthood of Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma (PPAEO), part of the Planned Parenthood Great Plains network of care.

PPAEO seeks a full-time Health Center Manager to work collaboratively with an Advanced Practice Clinician and VP of Health Service Operations to achieve high patient satisfaction and clinic productivity. The Health Center Manager assures the success of the center through effective management of personnel, budgets and information systems.

The Health Center Manager manages and supervises clinic operations, achieving high patient satisfaction and clinic productivity and assuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The Health Center Manager ensures accurate and timely billing of patients and collections; understands basic principles of managed care contracts; compiles financial data and other statistical reports required by guidelines or requested by management. The Health Center Manager is responsible for daily reconciling, cash handling and bank deposits.
