We are looking for a Head of Education Services to build the learning engine that helps our ERP customers get more value, faster. You’ll lead a market-leading education and enablement capability for our Mid Market ERP business, turning onboarding, adoption and partner enablement into a real growth lever for customers and for MYOB.
Responsibilities - Own and deliver the strategy for MYOB’s Mid Market Education Services capability, from early design through to commercial scale. - Build and lead a high-performing team that can design, deliver and improve education programs at scale. - Lead Education Services as a shared commercial platform across Services, Marketing, Customer Success and Partner go-to-market teams.
- Own the revenue plan and shape the learning services model, including pricing, packaging, certification, subscriptions and recurring revenue opportunities. - Build scalable, omnichannel learning experiences across live digital, on-demand, in-product, partner-led and high-touch delivery.
- Partner across Product, Customer Success, Sales and Services to lift onboarding, adoption, engagement and retention, using clear performance reporting to keep improving.
Experience - Significant senior leadership experience in customer education, enablement, learning services or training within SaaS ERP technology or enterprise software. - Proven success building and scaling learning functions with measurable impact on product adoption and customer outcomes ideally in an ERP environment.
- Experience developing and commercialising education or training offers, including revenue or P&L accountability. - Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect learning investment to business outcomes and explain the return on enablement.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Services, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing, with a track record of building high-performing teams through growth or change. - Deep knowledge of adult learning and modern digital learning approaches, plus experience using customer insights and product usage data to drive continuous improvement.
