FSQ Supervisor
FSQA Supervisor role in Illinois manufacturing, requiring 3+ years QA experience and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF. On-site position with salary range $66,900-$75,250.
Responsibilities
- Provide employee training and instructions on FSQA checks, inspections, documentation, and expectations
- Verify CCP checks are completed within set frequencies and meet HACCP critical limits
- Monitor DigiSense temperature system and escalate non-conformities for temperature abuse
- Document and submit daily end of shift report via email
- Coach and train hourly FSQA employees to follow company procedures and processes
About the role
<p>The FSQA Supervisor for Manufacturing is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance related Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in adherence with regulatory and SQF standards. The position supervises and supports all hourly Team Members (TMs). </li> <li>Verify CCP checks are completed within the set frequencies and meet the HACCP plan’s critical limits.
</p> <p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a manufacturing (at times) and assembly environment and is regularly exposed to cool and/or cold temperatures (10º - 40º).
</p> <p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, reach and lift for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects and/or tools.
Days and hours of work vary according to shift and production schedule. The employee is expected to work no less than the designated 40-hour work week.
