Vizzia is growing β in headcount, in geographies, in entities. As a true business partner to our operational teams, not a support function. Youβll own and develop FP&A: challenging decisions, modelling the future, and giving leadership the clarity it needs to move fast without losing control. High ownership. Direct CFO proximity. No perfect playbook β yet.

Responsibilities
- Monitor budget consumption and produce periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) β clear variance analysis, actionable recommendations
- Be a genuine business partner: support operational managers with financial models, challenge spending with data, run regular budget reviews
- Build and track financial KPIs aligned with strategic objectives
- Assess the profitability of new projects and investments with a structured financial lens
- Develop dashboards and tools that allow Finance to steer the business more effectively
β What weβre looking for
- 4-6 years in FP&A or financial control, with a background in audit or transaction services (Big 4 a plus)
- Builds rigorous analyses and makes them readable for any audience β from CFO to operational manager
- Strong builder mindset β this is the first FP&A hire at Vizzia, ownership is non-negotiable
- Goes to find information on the ground: asks questions, understands business realities, doesnβt wait for data
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; experience with FP&A tools is a plus (Anaplan, Pigment, or equivalent)
- Full working proficiency in English & French

- Appetite for AI β integrating it into day-to-day Finance practices is a strategic priority at Vizzia
- Experience in a high-growth environment (scale-up, tech, or similar)
- Exposure to a business with both software and hardware revenue streams
- Familiarity with multi-entity consolidation (UK & Italy) or ERP migration (Odoo a strong plus)
- Exposure to pricing strategy β commercial logic, not just cost modeling
