Why This Role Matters As a Float Registered Nurse, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care before, during, and after reproductive healthcare procedures across multiple health centers. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clinical teams while providing skilled nursing care that promotes patient safety, comfort, and dignity.

Location: Float Position – Travel throughout North Carolina and Virginia health centers Schedule: Full-time position working 35–39 hours per week Onsite role Hours vary based on health center location and operational needs Overnight travel may be required; PPSAT provides: At least three weeks’ notice for overnights (for centers 3+ hours away) At least one week’s notice for day travel assignments Travel Requirements: Regular travel between health centers throughout North Carolina and Virginia Mileage reimbursement provided Rental car available when operationally appropriate Must hold a Compact RN License and be authorized to practice in both North Carolina and Virginia Health center closing hours vary depending on patient flow and recovery needs.
