Job Overview As a Field Service Operations Supervisor at Mainspring Energy, you will serve as a leader in delivering customer availability and operational excellence across our growing fleet by maintaining our exciting and unique product portfolio.

You will build, lead, and supervise a cohesive team of technicians and subcontractors through positive engagement, strong communication, and hands-on operational leadership. You will be responsible for maintaining fleet uptime, coordinating field service dispatch activities, planning and executing efficient maintenance schedules, and ensuring rapid response to reactive service events.

This role serves as a key operational interface between customers, field service teams, safety, supply chain, and internal support organizations. You will be heavily involved in day-to-day field operations and coordination tasks that enable the O&M Division within MSE to function effectively and efficiently.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can support execution in the field while driving accountability, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and operational performance through teamwork and collaboration.
