00 per hour, depending on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Production Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership within a fabrication environment. This role is responsible for coordinating shop activities, supporting fabrication personnel, and ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

The successful candidate will work closely with shop leadership, quality personnel, and maintenance teams to optimize workflow, maximize productivity, and maintain a safe and efficient operation.
