</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Revenue Acceleration & Pipeline Generation</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own dedicated pipeline generation efforts for Customer Agent within assigned segment</li> <li>Partner with AEs to identify, qualify, and advance Customer Agent opportunities</li> <li>Proactively source and create net-new Customer Agent pipeline</li> <li>Execute focused outbound and partnership-driven motions</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Deal Support & Conversion</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Engage in high-priority in-flight opportunities to improve win rates</li> <li>Lead Customer Agent discovery and value articulation conversations</li> <li>Position Customer Agent within broader K:Service value narrative</li> <li>Drive urgency and executive alignment in late-stage pursuits</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Strategic Partnership Activation</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with leadership to activate RCS / Google partnership opportunities</li> <li>Identify accounts that can leverage Customer Agent in partnership contexts</li> <li>Coordinate with Product and GTM teams on joint execution strategies</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Work closely with:</li> <ul> <li>Segment AEs</li> <li>Product team</li> <li>Solutions Architects</li> <li>Marketing</li> <li>Partnerships</li> </ul> <li>Provide field feedback to Product to inform roadmap and positioning</li> <li>Help build repeatable Customer Agent sales plays</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Focus & Ownership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain singular focus on Customer Agent performance within segment</li> <li>Track and report pipeline creation, influenced revenue, and close rate impact</li> <li>Operate as the segment’s go-to commercial expert for Customer Agent</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Proven quota-carrying SaaS seller (Enterprise experience preferred)</li> <li>Strong pipeline generation skills</li> <li>Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles</li> <li>Ability to drive urgency and executive alignment</li> <li>Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Solutions</li> <li>Strong business acumen and storytelling skills</li> <li>Track record of outperforming quota</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised.
