Are you passionate about customer-centric cloud solutions? Do you have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement? We are looking for a passionate and personable D365 Customer Engagement Functional Architect for our Data & Dynamics Team to design, architect and implement solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)!

Utilizing your deep and expert knowledge in customer engagement processes (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing), you understand client requirements through strong business and technical consulting skills and are well versed in optimizing Dynamics 365 CE implementations.

You favor configuration and the Power Platform over heavy customization and can enroll customer user groups in the opportunity that comes from a modern cloud CRM. You will work directly with sales and delivery leaders to support solution direction and quotes.
