Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Sourcing Director with hands-on manufacturing or process development experience to join our dynamic, fast-paced Sourcing team. f. beauty’s multi-brand portfolio, with a primary focus on building and running a rigorous supplier governance system (scorecards, business reviews, and corrective action plans).
The Director will partner closely with Sourcing, Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to align supplier capabilities to the innovation pipeline while safeguarding supply continuity, quality, and speed-to-market.
Success requires someone who can challenge the status quo, push partners to operate at our speed and cost, and build systems that scale as we expand into new categories and geographies.
