Having grown our operations and impact significantly, we’re excited to be recruiting for a new leader - a Director of Operations & Technology - to lead the evolution of our administration operations with a focus on logistics, facilities, and technology.
Our ideal candidate will be able to bridge between these operational areas, investing in relationships while setting a trajectory for the future. The Director of Operations and Technology provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s facilities, logistics/fleet operations, information technology systems, and commercial tenant relationships.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure, systems, vendor partnerships, and operational processes that support organizational safety, scalability, effectiveness and mission impact across all sites.
The Director of Operations partners closely with organizational leaders to strengthen operational performance, improve organizational efficiency, and ensure reliable systems and environments.
