Our mission: ensure everyone in Massachusetts has access to compassionate, judgment-free care and education. We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide.
Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) seeks an experienced and strategic Director of Annual Giving and Donor Engagement to lead and grow our annual fundraising, donor stewardship, and engagement programs.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role will develop and execute multi-channel annual giving campaigns, strengthen donor relationships, increase donor retention and acquisition, and oversee a comprehensive stewardship program.
The Director will lead a team of two and collaborate across development, marketing, communications, and national Planned Parenthood fundraising partners to drive revenue growth and donor engagement.
