As part of the world's 5th largest logistics group, we're looking for a commercially driven, ambitious, and inspirational Director Business Development to lead our sales organisation in Hungary and drive the next phase of growth.

Based on the role profile provided, this position carries responsibility for national sales strategy, business development, revenue growth, leadership of the sales function, and market expansion.

What you'll do Own and deliver the country's sales growth strategy Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team Win strategic new business and grow key customer relationships Drive profitability, market share and commercial excellence Partner with operational leaders to deliver world-class customer solutions Represent cargo-partner and Nippon Express in the Hungarian market What we're looking for Proven success leading B2B sales teams Strong background in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain solutions Track record of winning large-scale customer opportunities Strategic thinker with hands-on commercial drive Exceptional leadership, negotiation and presentation skills Someone who thrives on building, growing and outperforming the competition
