We're hiring a motivated Sales Operations Associate to bring structure, consistency, and momentum to how CompassX builds and grows client relationships. You'll be the one who ensures our business and relationship development efforts actually happen every week. You’ll help drive process improvement efforts and help grow our team's networks through smart, well-run outreach. It's a hands-on, high-visibility role with direct exposure to firm leadership and real ownership from day one.
