We have more customers, more accounts, more content and more features than ever before. A key driver of that growth has been our ongoing communication and engagement with existing customers. The management of these communications (both automated and manual) is getting understandably more complex in line with the increasing number of products and features we offer.
We’re looking for an experienced CRM Lifecycle Executive to coordinate our ever-growing customer marketing campaigns. The CRM Lifecycle Executive will have a strong focus on the end-to-end management of a customer’s journey using owned touchpoints to deliver the best possible experience for the customer and for the business.
They will be responsible for overseeing the use of owned channels to drive engagement, improve retention and maximise cross-sell. They will work closely with our mission-based teams (Wealth, Savings & Homebuying) to help manage, optimise and personalise the user journey throughout the app and our communications.
